I think of Mary Lou often since I moved from next door in 1996.  She was my absolute best friend and I learned so much from her.  When I was in 4th grade she taught me to play the piano and crochet.  We made hollyhock dolls and biscotti and drank cappuccino while watching the humming birds outside the kitchen window.  Her dog Sutz and her cat Lalique were the sweetest companions.  I have so many fond memories and experiences. She touched my life forever....
